Interactive demo with fictional sample data - no real patient information.
Overview
A web application covering the full workflow for Ion AmpliSeq clinical tests - from sample assignment through analysis to reviewer sign-off - for panels including AMEX, BRCA, RASE, LUNG, IDHT, ABLT, BRAF, TP53, and MODY. Integrates live lookups against ClinVar, ClinGen, COSMIC, and gnomAD, with outbound links to OncoKB and Franklin, and reads directly from the existing LIMS database to keep sample data in sync.
My Role
Design and development of the clinical review workflow, backend architecture, and public variant-database integrations.
Highlights
- End-to-end workflow from sample assignment to reviewer sign-off
- Read-only integration with the production LIMS database
- Live variant annotation via ClinVar, ClinGen, COSMIC, and gnomAD
